## Questions

### What does a PipValley website cost?

A Launch build is $1,490, Signature is $3,500 and Flagship is from $7,500, each followed by a monthly care plan from launch ($49.99, $75 and $100 a month). Every plan includes design, all the copy, the build, technical SEO and AI-search setup, and a launch date in writing. The full scope of each plan is on the pricing page.

### Why do you publish your prices?

We publish prices because a founder comparing studios should not have to book three calls to learn what a website costs. Most studios in this niche quote privately; we would rather you decide with the numbers in front of you. The price is the same for every firm.

### How do I pay for the build?

You pay half the build fee when you book and half at launch, or three equal monthly payments at the same total, with no interest. Care plans are billed monthly from launch. We accept card, bank transfer and USDC, and prices exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are.

### Do I have to keep a care plan?

Care plans run month to month from launch, and you can stop with 30 days notice; there is no minimum term. Care covers hosting, security updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring and changes. If you stop, the site is still yours and we hand over the full codebase and media so you can host it anywhere.

### What is not included in the price?

Pages beyond your plan, trading platform, CRM or payment integrations on Launch and Signature, advertising spend, third-party software licences and your own lawyer's review of your terms are always extra. They are listed on the pricing page so nothing turns up later on an invoice. Monthly extras, such as search growth at $490/mo, are optional.

### Can you do it for less?

The price is the same for every firm and it is published, so we do not discount it. If the budget is tight, we change the scope instead: fewer pages, one language, no film hero. Three equal monthly payments are available on every plan.

### How fast can my site be live?

A Launch build goes live in 5 working days, Signature in 3 weeks and Flagship in 5–6 weeks, counted from the day you approve the design direction. The clock starts once your launch pack is complete: brand files, challenge table, rules, company details, domain access and checkout links.

### What do you need from me to start?

We need your brand files, your challenge table with prices and rules, your company details, domain access, and the sign-up and checkout links from your platform or dashboard. We write the copy from your rules and you check every number. We cannot invent your prices, company details or terms.

### What if I do not like the design?

You approve the design before anything goes live, and every plan includes rounds of changes: two on Launch, three on Signature and five on Flagship. You review a real, working site on a private link, on your own phone and desktop. Nothing launches until you sign it off.

### Do you write the website copy?

Yes, we write every word in plain US English, drafted from your actual rules, prices and policies. We use the vocabulary payment processors and regulators expect, such as "simulated account" and "evaluation", and we flag any claim that needs evidence. You fact-check every number before launch.

### Will a redesign lose my Google rankings?

A planned redesign should not lose rankings: we map every URL with clicks or links in the past 12 months to a matching new page or a relevant redirect, carry over titles and metadata, and watch rankings for 30 days after launch. Nobody can promise rankings, but we can promise the method.

### What happens after launch?

After launch, your care plan covers hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates and content changes, through a shared channel with the people who built your site, answered within one business day. You also get a monthly report on the site's health.

### Who owns the website when it is finished?

You own the website once the build is paid in full: the code, design, words and media. Your domain stays registered in your name throughout. If you leave the care plan, we hand over everything so you can host it anywhere.

### Can I move the site to another host or developer?

Yes. Give 30 days notice on the care plan and we hand over the full codebase and media, so you or another developer can host and edit it anywhere. There is no exit fee.

### Your founder owns prop firms. Is that a conflict?

It is a fair question, so here is the policy: we disclose our founder's firms wherever they appear, we never rank them first or give them awards, and being a client never changes anything on PropFirmPal. Your brief, data and plans are used only to build your site, and our terms say so.

### Will you show my site in your portfolio?

We would like to, and we always ask first. Any results we publish need your written approval, a stated period and your own data. If you need your site kept out of our portfolio entirely, tell us on the call and it will be priced in your proposal.

### Do you build sites for prop firms you run yourselves?

Yes. Our team operates prop firms ourselves, and we build their sites the same way we build for clients. We never present them as client work, testimonials or case studies, and we keep every client private unless they approve in writing to be named.

### Will my site rank on Google?

Nobody honest can promise rankings, and we do not. What we deliver is the work rankings depend on: fast pages, clean structure, structured data, an FAQ center search engines can read, and pages mapped to what traders search for. Signature adds a keyword map and four launch articles.

### Will ChatGPT and other AI assistants mention my firm?

We cannot promise that either, but we make it possible: AI search crawlers are allowed in, every page has a plain-text mirror and a place in your llms.txt, and each page opens with a sentence an assistant can quote. After that, it comes down to being worth citing, which is why we write answers, not slogans.

### What is llms.txt, and do I need one?

llms.txt is a plain-text file at the root of your site that tells AI assistants what your firm is and where its important pages are. It takes little effort to add, and it makes your prices and rules easier to quote accurately. Every PipValley build ships one, along with a markdown mirror of each page.

### Do you offer ongoing SEO?

Yes. Search growth is an optional monthly extra at $490/mo: keyword research, two researched articles a month, technical fixes, internal linking, and a monthly ranking and AI-citation report. It is separate from the build, so you can start it at launch or later.

### Will my website be compliant?

We build in the standard prop firm disclosures, a vocabulary check and a claims register, and we flag risky wording before it ships. That is not legal advice: rules differ by country, and your own lawyer should sign off your terms and disclosures. We are a design studio, not a law firm.

### Why do you insist on the word "simulated"?

In most evaluation programs the accounts are simulated, and saying so plainly protects your firm with payment processors, ad platforms and regulators. We write "simulated account" and "rewards from simulated trading" instead of implying real capital, and we keep that vocabulary consistent on every page.

### Can you add payout screenshots and reviews to my site?

We will not add screenshots nobody can verify or reviews that were not collected fairly, because they break review platforms' rules and consumer law. We build proof that holds up instead: dated payout records from your platform's data, a certificate verifier, and review invitations sent at neutral moments.

### Can you make my site look like another firm's?

No. Another firm's website is their property, and a lookalike makes you look like a clone to the traders you are trying to win. We study what works in your market and design something that is yours.

### Is there anyone you will not build for?

Yes. We do not build for schemes that take real deposits while calling themselves prop firms, pass-your-challenge or account-flipping services, firms that promise traders income, or sites that copy another firm. We screen every firm before taking a deposit.

### Which trading platforms do you work with?

We build websites for firms on any trading platform, including MT5, cTrader, Match-Trader, TradeLocker, DXtrade, Volumetrica, Rithmic, Tradovate and NinjaTrader. We do not sell or provide the platform. Your site links to your dashboard's sign-up, checkout and login; deeper integrations are part of Flagship or quoted separately.

### What do you build the sites with?

We build in code on a modern static stack, hosted on a global edge network, so pages load fast on a phone and stay up during a busy promotion. There is no page builder to break and no plugin to update, and your care plan covers hosting, monitoring and security updates.

### Can my team edit the site?

Yes. Prices, rules, FAQs and promotions live in structured content files, and on a care plan we make those changes for you, answered within one business day. If your team wants to edit directly, we set that up and show them how.

### How fast will my site be?

Every build is designed to pass Google's Core Web Vitals on mobile, and we test speed and accessibility on the live domain before launch. Scripts you add later, such as chat widgets and ad pixels, slow pages down, so we tell you what each one costs in speed before it goes in.

### What is the difference between Launch, Signature and Flagship?

Launch ($1,490) is a complete prop firm site of up to 12 pages, live in 5 working days. Signature ($3,500) adds a bespoke 3D film hero, the full motion system, three trader calculators, a 150-answer FAQ centre, two languages and launch articles. Flagship (from $7,500) is art-directed end to end, with unlimited pages and languages and platform, CRM and payment integrations.

### How much is the monthly care plan?

Care is $49.99 a month on Launch, $75 on Signature and $100 on Flagship, billed from the day the site goes live. It covers hosting, security updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring and content changes by the people who built the site. You can stop with 30 days notice.

### Which currency are your prices in?

All PipValley prices are in US dollars, because prop firms buy internationally and most of their own pricing is in USD. We invoice in USD and accept card, bank transfer and USDC. Sales tax or VAT is added where it applies.

### What if I need more pages than my plan includes?

Extra pages are quoted before we start, so the number is in your proposal rather than on a surprise invoice. Most firms fit comfortably inside a plan: a homepage, challenges, rules per model, payouts, FAQ, affiliates, about, contact and the legal set is about a dozen pages.

### What are the steps from first call to launch?

A scoping call, a fixed written quote within one working day, a design direction for your approval, a working build you review on a private link, your changes, then launch on your domain. You see a real site on your own phone and desktop before anything goes live.

### What is the launch pack?

The launch pack is everything only your firm can provide: logo and brand files, your challenge table with prices and rules, company and contact details, domain access, checkout and dashboard links, and the payment and platform names you use. The launch clock starts when it is complete.

### Who will I be working with?

The same small team designs, writes and builds your site, and stays with it on the care plan. You talk to the people doing the work in one shared channel, not to an account manager relaying messages.

### Can you design my logo and brand too?

Flagship includes a full identity refresh: logo, palette, type and a 3D system for your films and icons. On Launch and Signature we design around the logo and colours you have. If you have no logo yet, tell us on the call and we will quote one.

### Do you need my full rulebook?

Yes. We write the rules pages, FAQ and worked drawdown examples from your actual rules, so we need the current version for every model you sell. Where a rule is ambiguous, we ask you rather than guess, because traders read rules pages closely.

### Can my site be in more than one language?

Signature includes two languages and Flagship includes unlimited languages. Translations are written by people who know prop firm vocabulary, not machine-translated, and each language gets its own indexable URLs. Extra languages on other plans are $149 a month each.

### What happens on launch day?

We point your domain at the new site, check every page, link, form and checkout button on the live domain, submit the sitemap to search engines and set up redirects from your old URLs. We stay on the shared channel for the day, so anything you spot is fixed at once.

### Do you register my domain?

No. Your domain stays registered in your name and on your account, always. We only need DNS access to point it at the site. That way the most valuable thing you own online never depends on us.

### Can I use the 3D films and images elsewhere?

Yes. Once the build is paid, the films, renders, icons and certificates we make for your firm are yours to use in ads, socials, emails and anywhere else. We keep the right to show them in our portfolio only with your written approval.

### Will another firm get the same design?

No. Every site starts from a blank canvas around your brand, and we never sell a design twice or turn client work into a template. The sites in our gallery each started the same way.

### Which pages help a prop firm rank?

Rules pages per model, a payout policy, a detailed FAQ centre and platform pages answer what traders search for before they buy: drawdown types, news trading, weekend holding, payout times and so on. Each answer is its own indexable page on Signature and Flagship.

### Can you add star ratings to Google results?

We add the structured data that Google and AI assistants read, such as Organization, FAQ and breadcrumb markup. We do not mark up your own reviews of yourself for stars, because Google ignores and can penalise self-serving review markup. We point to your profile on independent review sites instead.

### Do I need a blog?

Not on day one. A clear rules section and FAQ centre do more for a new firm than a blog. Signature includes a keyword map and four launch articles; after that, search growth adds two researched articles a month if you want them.

### What happens to my existing articles?

We keep every page with traffic or links, move it to the new design with its URL, title and metadata intact, or redirect it to the closest new page. Thin or outdated pages are merged rather than deleted, so nothing that earns visits is lost.

### Do you write the risk disclaimer?

We write a standard simulated-trading and risk disclaimer and place it in the footer and on a full risk disclosure page, alongside terms, privacy, refund, cookie and AML/KYC pages built for evaluation firms. Your own lawyer should review them, because the right wording depends on where you operate.

### Can the site handle restricted countries?

Yes. We publish your restricted-countries list on the site and in your FAQ, and on Flagship we can show a notice to visitors from those countries. Blocking sign-ups by country happens in your platform or checkout, and we link the two clearly.

### Will my site be approved for Google and Meta ads?

Nobody can promise ad approval, but sites that say "simulated", avoid income claims and show clear company details, terms and disclosures pass review far more often. We build to those rules and flag anything on your site likely to be rejected.

### Can traders buy a challenge directly on my site?

On every plan, each buy button links to your platform's checkout with the right model and account size preselected, and fires a tracking event. A checkout embedded in your site, or connected to your CRM and payment provider, is part of Flagship.

### Do you build the trader dashboard?

No. The trader dashboard, accounts and payouts run on your trading platform or prop firm software. We build the public website traders see before they buy, and link it to your dashboard's sign-up and login.

### What tracking do you set up?

Analytics, your ad pixels and a conversion event on every buy and sign-up button, so you can see which pages and campaigns sell challenges. We set it up with a cookie consent banner that respects visitors' choices.

### What happens if the site goes down during a sale?

The site is served from a global edge network that is built for traffic spikes, and your care plan includes uptime monitoring. If something fails, we are alerted before you are and fix it as our first priority, with an update in your shared channel.

### Will my site work well on phones?

Most traders first visit on a phone, so every section is designed for mobile, not just stacked. We test on real iPhone and Android sizes, check that tables and pricing stay readable, and keep pages light enough to load quickly on mobile data.
