# Challenge pricing table

> A prop firm challenge pricing table shows, for each program and account size, the price, profit target per phase, daily loss limit, maximum loss, minimum days and profit split, without a login. It switches between program types in place, keeps the selection in the link, and stays readable at 390px wide. Every PipValley plan includes one built from your real models.

Traders open five firms' pricing tables in five tabs and compare row by row. The firm that hides its drawdown behind a click, or makes the table unreadable on a phone, loses the comparison before the trader reads a word of its homepage. We design the table first and build the rest of the site around it.

## How it works

- Your models, sizes, rules and add-ons go into one data file that feeds the table, rules pages, FAQ and structured data.
- Program tabs and size selectors switch in place, and the choice is stored in the link so it can be shared.
- Rule rows sit beside the price, and add-ons are priced inside the table rather than at checkout.
- We test the table at 390px, with a screen reader, and with JavaScript off, so prices are in the HTML search engines and AI assistants read.

## Why traders care

A trader wants to know what they pay, what they must hit and what ends the account, before anything else. A table that answers all three in one glance tells them the firm has nothing to hide.

## Why founders care

The table is your checkout's front door. When prices change, one data edit updates the table, rules, FAQ and schema together, so a promotion never leaves a stale price on another page.

## Compliance note

Prices are labeled as evaluation fees for simulated accounts. A 'recommended' badge appears only where your sales data supports it, and real promotions carry their real end date.

## Questions

### Should the pricing table be on the homepage?

Usually yes, at least in a compact form. Traders arrive ready to compare, and the strongest firms show prices and key rules on the homepage with a link to the full table.

### How many rows should a prop firm pricing table have?

As few as a trader needs to decide: price, profit target, daily loss, maximum loss, minimum days and split cover most comparisons. Everything else belongs on the rules page, linked from the row.

### Can the table show sale prices?

It can show a real, dated promotion with its terms and end date, switching back automatically when it ends. We do not build strike-through prices against a price you never charged.
