# Trust center

> A prop firm trust center gathers the facts a cautious trader checks before buying: the legal company name and number, registered address, the people behind the firm, terms, refund and risk policies, restricted countries and how payouts work. It turns 'who are these people' into a page with answers. Every PipValley plan includes one.

After a run of firm closures and review-platform suspensions, traders check who they are buying from. Many firms make that hard: no company name, no address, policies scattered across the footer. A trust center puts every fact in one place, dated and linked, and it is the page payment providers and journalists read too.

## How it works

- Company name, number and registered address shown in plain text, matching your legal documents.
- Named people with roles, where you choose to show them, and never stock photos.
- Terms, refund, privacy and risk pages linked with their last-updated dates.
- Restricted countries and payout methods pulled from the same data the rest of the site uses.

## Why traders care

A trader who can see the company behind the firm, and read its policies in one place, has one less reason to worry about where their evaluation fee goes.

## Why founders care

The trust center answers the questions that stall sales and slow payment-provider reviews. It costs little to build and a lot to lack.

## Compliance note

The trust center never calls the firm regulated or licensed unless that is true and linked to the register. Facts are dated so stale ones are visible.

## Questions

### Should a prop firm show its company address?

Yes. A registered address and company number are among the first things a cautious trader looks for, and their absence is a common reason not to buy.

### Do we have to show the founders?

Not necessarily, but named people make a firm more believable. If you prefer not to, the trust center still shows the legal entity and how to reach the firm.

### Can we say we are regulated?

Only if it is true, with the regulator, licence number and a link to the register. Most evaluation firms are not regulated as brokers, and saying so wrongly is a serious risk.
