**Short answer:** A forex broker CRM is the back office and client portal that handles onboarding, KYC, deposits and withdrawals, trading accounts, IB commissions and reporting. Published prices start around $1,000 a month: B2CORE lists $1,000 to $20,000 a month plus a 1.00% to 0.10% fee on deposits, with free setup. An aggregator lists FXBO at EUR 2,500 to EUR 10,000 a month. Many vendors are quote only.

In a brokerage, "CRM" means much more than a sales pipeline. It is the system clients log in to, the system your back office approves deposits in, and the system that calculates what every introducing broker is owed. It connects to your trading platform, your payment providers and your KYC vendor, so changing it later is expensive.

This guide covers what a forex broker CRM should do, published prices we could verify on 12 October 2026, and how to compare vendors. If you run a prop firm, our prop firm CRM guide covers the challenge-engine side instead.

> About us: PipValley is a web design studio. Our team operates prop trading firms, so we know the trading-business side first hand, but we have not built brokerage or exchange websites for clients. This guide is research, not a case study.

## What does a forex broker CRM do?

A broker CRM usually has three faces: a client area (trader portal), a back office for your staff, and a partner area for IBs and affiliates. The table lists the modules to check.

**Forex broker CRM modules and what to check (general checklist)**

| Module | What it does | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Client area | Sign-up, account opening, deposits, withdrawals, documents | Mobile experience, languages, your branding |
| KYC and AML | Identity checks, screening, risk scoring | Which KYC vendors are integrated; who pays per check |
| Payments | Connects processors, bank transfer, crypto | Which providers are live today; reconciliation |
| Platform integration | Creates and links trading accounts | Which platforms: MT4, MT5, cTrader, others; per-platform fees |
| IB and affiliate module | Multi-level rebates, commissions, tracking links | Rebate types, tiers, payout automation |
| Back office | Approvals, roles, audit trail, reporting | Permissions, audit logs, regulatory reports |
| Marketing tools | Email, segments, lead tracking | Whether you will still need separate tools |
| API and data export | Connects your website and BI | Full export of clients, transactions and IB data |

## What does a forex broker CRM cost?

Few vendors publish prices. These are the published figures we could verify; treat aggregator listings as a starting point and get a written quote.

- A deposit fee changes the comparison. At $1,000,000 of monthly deposits, B2CORE Starter's 1.00% adds $10,000 to the $1,000 fee, while Enterprise's 0.10% adds $1,000 to $20,000 (illustration; method: published fee times assumed deposits).
- B2Broker says the monthly software fee can be credited against A-book commissions if you use its liquidity; read the conditions.

## How do you choose a CRM?

Start from your platform and payment providers, not the CRM's feature list. A CRM that does not integrate with your platform or your main processor costs you months. Then compare on total cost over two or three years at your realistic deposit volume, not the first month.

- Which trading platforms are integrated today, and is each one an extra fee?
- Which payment providers and KYC vendors are live, not "on the roadmap"?
- How are IB rebates calculated and paid, and can you model your planned structure?
- Can you export all client, transaction and IB data at any time, in a standard format?
- Where is data hosted, and does that suit your regulator's rules?
- What does migration in, and out, cost?
- Is there a minimum term or upfront payment?

## How do IB modules work?

For many brokers the IB module is the most important part of the CRM, because introducing brokers bring a large share of new clients. The module tracks which partner referred each client, calculates what each partner is owed and pays them, often across several levels of sub-partners.

Rebate structures vary: a fixed amount per lot traded, a share of spread or commission, a payment per qualified client, or a mix. Before you choose a CRM, write down the structure you plan to offer and ask the vendor to show it configured, including how it handles reversals, chargebacks and clients who move between partners.

- Partner portal: links, campaign tracking, client lists and earnings in real time.
- Multi-level trees with clear rules on who earns what.
- Payout automation with approval steps and an audit trail.
- Controls for partner country, marketing materials and compliance checks.

## What does a CRM migration involve?

Brokers change CRMs more often than they plan to: after a platform change, a merger or a pricing change. Migration means moving client profiles, KYC documents, transaction history and IB trees, then re-linking every trading account, without interrupting deposits and withdrawals. Ask any new vendor how many migrations it has done from your current system, and get a written plan with a cut-over date and rollback.

## How the CRM meets your website

Your marketing website and your CRM's client area should feel like one product. That means the same brand, the same languages, sign-up links that carry IB and campaign tracking into the CRM, and legal documents that match on both. Most broker CRMs provide the portal; the marketing site, content and SEO are separate.

PipValley builds websites for prop firms and the trading businesses next to them, designed to hand off cleanly to a CRM portal; see /for/forex-brokers, or /for/prop-tech-vendors if you sell CRM software to brokers. Our team operates prop firms; we have not built a brokerage site for a client.

## Questions

### How much does a forex CRM cost?

Published forex CRM prices start around $1,000 a month. B2CORE lists $1,000 to $20,000 a month plus a deposit fee of 1.00% to 0.10%, and an aggregator lists FXBO at EUR 2,500 to EUR 10,000 a month, as of October 2026. Many vendors are quote only.

### What is the difference between a broker CRM and a normal CRM?

A broker CRM connects to trading platforms, payment providers and KYC vendors, and runs the client portal and IB commissions. A general sales CRM tracks leads and deals but does not create trading accounts or process deposits.

### Does a white label include a CRM?

Sometimes. B2Broker's all-in MT5 white label estimate includes CRM and liquidity, but many white labels provide only the platform. Check which modules are included and who owns the data.

### Can I use a prop firm CRM for a brokerage?

Usually not as is. A prop firm CRM is built around evaluations, rules and payouts on demo accounts, while a broker CRM handles real deposits, withdrawals and IB rebates on live accounts.
