**Short answer:** Match-Trader is a trading platform from Match-Trade Technologies that sells prop firms a bundle: the platform, a prop CRM for challenges and evaluation rules, and the Match2Pay crypto processor. As published in October 2026, monthly prices are $2,500 (Basic), $4,000 (Turnkey) and $5,000 (Server), each "request offer", with a one-week launch claim. It took many firms after MetaQuotes' 2024 exit and is a common US route after cTrader's 2026 change.

Match-Trader became one of the default forex and CFD prop platforms almost overnight in February 2024, when firms cut off from MetaTrader needed somewhere to go. Funding Pips, for example, was back online on Match-Trader within about a week, according to Finance Magnates. In 2026 it gained again when cTrader stopped onboarding US prop traders. This guide explains what Match-Trader sells to prop firms, what it costs as published, the risks, and what it means for your website.

## What does Match-Trader offer prop firms?

Match-Trader offers prop firms a platform plus the back office around it. Its prop page describes a Prop Trading CRM as "all-in-one prop CRM for challenges, evaluation rules and trader management, compatible with multiple platforms", a client office for leads, clients and payments, and Match2Pay, a "multi-crypto payment processor". It also says its back end is "available with TradingView or the client's front end of choice".

You don't have to use its CRM. Finance Magnates reported that Match-Trader integrates with the YourPropFirm CRM, and PropTechPal's directory of 25 prop-tech vendors (a site we own) lists Match-Trader support at 21 vendors.

- Match-Trader's own launch claim is "Start your brokerage or prop firm in just 1 week!" Treat it as the technology timeline; legal, payments and the website take longer.
- An earlier Match-Trader article (November 8, 2024) quoted a white label "as low as $2,500" and a server from $5,000.

**Match-Trader prop pricing as published (match-trader.com, checked October 2026; each tier says "Request Offer")**

| Tier | Published monthly price | What it suggests | Ask about |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic (white label) | $2,500 | Platform under your brand | Which CRM and payments you need to add |
| Turnkey | $4,000 | Platform plus prop CRM bundle | Rule types you can configure, data export |
| Server | $5,000 | Dedicated server | When it is worth it for your volume |
| Per-account wording | "Our pricing is structured on a per-account basis" (no per-account figure published) | Sits beside flat monthly tiers, so ask how it applies | Whether the tier is a flat fee or scales with accounts |

## Who uses Match-Trader at prop firms?

Match-Trader is common but not dominant. In PropFirmPal's September 2026 data for 245 firms (a comparison site we own), it appeared at 19 firms, behind MT5 (56), cTrader (30) and TradeLocker (28). Its share of US demand is likely higher than that count suggests, because firms named it as a US route after cTrader's 2026 restriction. Most firms list it alongside at least one other platform, which is the setup we recommend.

## What are the risks?

The main risk is the same as on any platform: the vendor can end your licence. In May 2024 SurgeTrader closed a week after Match-Trade Technologies terminated its licence; Match-Trade said the termination was over the firm's "inability to fulfill the formal obligations specified in our contract", according to Finance Magnates. The lesson is about contract terms and having a second platform, not about Match-Trader specifically.

The second risk is concentration. Because so many firms moved US traders to Match-Trader after cTrader's change, a future policy change at Match-Trader would hit the same firms twice. Keep at least one other route ready.

## What does Match-Trader mean for your website?

Match-Trader's bundled client office means a lot of the trader journey can live on the vendor's domain. Decide early which parts live on your website and which on the vendor's, because that split decides your SEO, your analytics and how easily you can leave.

- Sign-up and checkout hand-off: if checkout runs in the vendor's client office, your site's "Buy" buttons must deep-link to the right account size and platform, carry affiliate and UTM parameters, and send a conversion event back to your analytics.
- Domain: put the client office on a subdomain you own (for example app.yourfirm.com), not the vendor's, so you can repoint it if you migrate.
- Platform page: Match-Trader downloads, web terminal link, TradingView-style charting if your setup includes it, and which account types use it.
- Payments page: if you use Match2Pay, say which coins and networks you accept for purchases and payouts, and where card payments go.
- Restricted countries and disclosures: list countries per platform; state that accounts are simulated and the platform is third-party.

> PipValley wires checkout deep links, affiliate parameters and conversion events into the vendor's client office for every build. Signature is $3,500 for the build, then $75 a month for care.

## What should you ask Match-Trader or a reseller?

- Your pricing page says pricing is "structured on a per-account basis": does my tier stay flat, or does it change with active accounts?
- Which challenge rules does the prop CRM enforce natively, and which need custom work?
- Can the client office run on my own subdomain, with my branding and analytics tags?
- What are the termination clauses, notice period and data export format?
- Which countries are restricted, and how are changes communicated?

## Questions

### How much does Match-Trader cost for a prop firm?

Match-Trader publishes monthly tiers of $2,500 (Basic), $4,000 (Turnkey) and $5,000 (Server) as of October 2026, each marked "Request Offer". The same page says "Our pricing is structured on a per-account basis" without a per-account figure, so ask whether your tier is flat or scales with accounts.

### Does Match-Trader accept US traders at prop firms?

Several prop firms direct US traders to Match-Trader after cTrader's 2026 US restriction, according to Finance Magnates. Confirm the current country policy in your own contract and with a US lawyer before launch.

### Can I use my own CRM with Match-Trader?

Yes. Match-Trader sells its own prop CRM but also integrates with third-party CRMs; Finance Magnates reported an integration with YourPropFirm, and many prop-tech vendors list Match-Trader support.

### How long does a Match-Trader prop launch take?

Match-Trader claims a brokerage or prop firm can start "in just 1 week". That is the technology timeline; company setup, legal documents, payment processing and the website usually take longer, so plan several weeks end to end.
