## 1. Scoping call

Forty-five minutes on your models, steps, rules, platforms, payment rails and target markets. We leave with a page map, a feature list and a fixed quote.

## 2. Design direction

Two art directions built from your brand: type, colour, motion and the hero concept. You pick one or mix them. Nothing is built before you approve the direction.

## 3. Build

We design and build every page in code, write the copy with you, wire your challenge data and connect checkout, dashboard and affiliate links.

## 4. Review on a private link

You review the real site on a private link, on your phone and desktop. Every round of changes your plan includes is used before anything launches.

## 5. Launch

DNS, redirects from your old site, analytics, search console, IndexNow and the AI-search files go live together. We check speed, accessibility and every form on the live domain.

## 6. Care

Hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates and content changes, with a monthly report on speed, rankings and AI citations.
