You bring the audience. PropSuite brings the rest.
PropSuite’s pitch is “Launch Your Prop Firm. We Provide the Capital.” It is built for creators, educators and teams who have traders’ attention but don’t want to build technology or fund payouts. It is a Quant Technology Group product, trading as Prop Suite FZCO, founded by Sam Bradbury, who also founded Propriotec, the group’s platform for established firms. The group cites 100+ prop firms served; the trader dashboard runs on Propriotec infrastructure.

The part most platforms don’t do
Capital and payout cover
PropSuite says it supplies the trader capital and pays every winning trader from its own balance sheet, and carries the risk and compliance around it: evaluation rules, KYC and payments. That is what the revenue share pays for. Evaluations run on simulated accounts.

03How a launch works
Three days on the site. One hour in the form.
propsuite.com promises a “3 days typical launch” (the same section is headed “Live in Weeks, Not Months”). The docs show what you actually do: a guided ten-step form, saved as you go.

After Finish: PropSuite reviews the setup, checks DNS, connects your trading platform and payment provider, and puts the dashboard live on your domain. “It usually takes one working day.”
Run it in parallel. A PipValley Launch site goes live 5 working days after design sign-off, so we start the design while you fill in PropSuite’s form. The website, not the platform, usually sets your launch date.
04PropSuite pricing
One setup fee. A share of net, floored at zero.
PropSuite charges once to set up, nothing monthly for the platform, and shares net revenue with you (your share rises with your monthly revenue), because it carries the capital and pays traders. Figures below are quoted from propsuite.com on 12 Oct 2026; prices change, so check the live pricing.
| Setup fee | $2,749 one time“One setup fee. No Monthly Fees.” |

Source: propsuite.com/#pricing, checked 12 Oct 2026. The share tiers come from PropSuite’s earnings calculator; we don’t repeat its sample outputs, because they depend on the revenue you type in. “Final platforms, integrations, timing and economics are confirmed in the commercial agreement.”
05Who it suits
Honest fit: who should, who shouldn’t.
A good fit if
- You have an audienceCreators, educators, signal groups and trading communities: PropSuite’s own pitch is “you bring the audience”.
- You don’t want to fund payoutsPropSuite says it supplies the capital and pays winning traders, which is the risk that sinks most new firms.
- You want to launch fastA one-hour setup form and a dashboard live about a working day after you press Finish, per the docs.
- You’d rather not run risk desksPass and breach decisions, KYC, payout reviews and trader support are handled for you.
Look elsewhere if
- You want to own the risk and all the profitThe revenue share is the price of PropSuite carrying the capital. Firms that can fund payouts themselves may prefer a licence model.
- You need rules looser than the base challengesTighter rules are straightforward; anything that widens PropSuite’s exposure is a conversation, by its own docs.
- You want control of every decisionPayout approvals, blacklisting, affiliate approvals and giveaways sit with PropSuite.
- You need a platform not on the listPlatforms are set per firm from PropSuite’s supported list; check yours on the launch call.

08PropSuite FAQ
Asked before every launch.
20 questions founders ask about PropSuite, answered from its own published material.
What is PropSuite?
PropSuite is a capital-backed white-label prop firm platform. It gives a founder a branded trader dashboard, challenge engine, admin and CRM, checkout, KYC, payouts, affiliates and certificates, and says it supplies the trading capital and covers trader payouts. The founder brings the brand and the audience.
Who is behind PropSuite?
PropSuite trades as Prop Suite FZCO, based in Dubai, and is a Quant Technology Group product. Its founder, Sam Bradbury, is described as the founder of PropSuite and Propriotec; Propriotec is the group’s platform for established firms and runs the trader dashboard infrastructure.
How much does PropSuite cost?
As published on propsuite.com (checked 12 Oct 2026): a one-time setup fee of $2,749, a $0 monthly platform fee, and a revenue share in which the founder receives up to 70% of net revenue, floored at zero. The earnings calculator also deducts $5 per account and 5% of revenue in fees. Final economics are confirmed in PropSuite’s commercial agreement.
Is there a monthly fee for PropSuite?
No platform fee, per PropSuite: “One setup fee. No Monthly Fees.” and “The standard platform fee is $0 per month.” (checked 12 Oct 2026). PropSuite earns from its share of net revenue and the per-account and revenue fees in its model.
How does the PropSuite revenue share work?
The founder’s share of net revenue rises in tiers with monthly revenue. PropSuite’s calculator shows 50% of net to start, 60% from $100k+ monthly revenue and 70% from $300k+. It is floored at zero, so a heavy payout month is break-even for the founder rather than a debt.
Do I need my own capital to start a prop firm on PropSuite?
Not for trader payouts, according to PropSuite: it says it provides the trading capital and pays winning traders from its own balance sheet. You pay the setup fee and fund your own marketing and website.
Who pays traders when they pass and withdraw?
PropSuite reviews payout requests made in the trader dashboard and, it says, releases them from its own capital. That cover is the reason for the revenue share. Evaluations run on simulated accounts.
How long does a PropSuite launch take?
PropSuite’s site says “3 days typical launch” (Day 0 call, Day 1 configuration, Day 2 testing, Day 3 live). Its docs describe a ten-step setup form of about an hour, then a review in which the dashboard usually goes live about one working day after you press Finish. Your website is usually the longer job.
Which trading platforms does PropSuite support?
propsuite.com lists Match-Trader, cTrader, TradeLocker, MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, Tradovate, Volumetrica, Rithmic and DeepCharts. Platforms are set per firm, so confirm the ones you want on the launch call.
Is PropSuite fully white label?
Yes, by its own description: your brand with no reseller badge, a dashboard on your own domain, emails from your domain, and trader support answered under your firm’s name.
Does PropSuite build my prop firm website?
No. PropSuite runs the trader dashboard on a dashboard. subdomain and gives you snippets to paste onto your website: pricing table, legal documents, affiliate script and chat. Its docs say that if someone else maintains your website, you send them those snippets. That is where PipValley comes in.
Can I use my own pricing table with PropSuite?
Yes. Choose “I have my own” in the setup and PropSuite gives you a checkout link for every plan and account size, which your own table’s buy buttons use. Or embed PropSuite’s table in one of four layouts.
Can I set my own challenge rules and prices?
You build challenges from PropSuite’s base challenges, choose sizes and prices and can make rules stricter. Changes that reduce exposure (a tighter rule, a higher price, a lower split) are straightforward; anything that widens it is a conversation with PropSuite.
Who handles KYC on PropSuite?
PropSuite does, through Veriff, at signup and again at payout, inside the trader dashboard.
Who writes the legal documents?
PropSuite writes and maintains six live documents (Terms, Privacy, Cookie, Risk Disclaimer, Refund and AML) under its own entity, and you embed them on your site so they stay current.
Does PropSuite run my affiliate programme?
It tracks affiliates and pays commissions, and approves affiliates and giveaways. Your website needs PropSuite’s affiliate script on every page so referrals are credited.
Can I see my firm’s numbers?
Yes. The founder sees every account, order, payout, affiliate and statistic, with sales, pass rates, withdrawals, funnel, profit, retention and a month-by-month billing statement.
Is PropSuite a good fit for an existing prop firm?
PropSuite is pitched at new firms with an audience. The group’s sister platform, Propriotec, serves established firms. An existing firm moving platform should ask about migration on a launch call.
Is PipValley independent of PropSuite?
No, and we say so: PropSuite is PipValley’s technology partner. We build prop firm websites and wire them to PropSuite. PropSuite’s terms are its own and are set in its agreement with you; ours are separate.
Do I have to use PropSuite to get a PipValley website?
No. We build for firms on any platform. If you are starting from nothing and want capital and payouts handled, PropSuite is the platform we recommend, and we plan both launches together.
