About these terms
These terms cover your use of pipvalley.com and set out the standard basis on which PipValley designs and builds websites for prop trading firms. Each client project is also governed by a written proposal and order, signed per project; where the order and these terms differ, the order wins.
PipValley is a web design studio registered in England and Wales. Our registered legal name, company number and registered office will be added here once incorporation is complete. PipValley is a web design studio. We don’t sell challenges, run trading accounts or provide trading platforms.
Using this website
- The content on this site is for general information about our services. Nothing on it is legal, tax or financial advice.
- Firms, people and figures shown in our gallery and examples are for design demonstration; nothing on them is an offer of a challenge or a statement about a real firm’s results.
- Our tools show their working and are estimates for discussion, not forecasts.
- Do not try to break, overload or scrape the site, submit false enquiries, or use it to send unlawful content.
- The design, code, words and media on this site belong to PipValley unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with a link back.
Design approval and changes
You approve the design before anything goes live, with a set number of change rounds included on every plan. Nothing launches until you sign it off.
Rounds of design changes by plan: Launch 2, Signature 3, Flagship 5. A change is a content or layout edit within an existing page. New pages and redesigns are quoted.
Timelines run from the day you approve the design direction, in working days. The launch clock starts when your launch pack is complete. Delays from third parties pause it, and we tell you the same day.
Ownership
Once the build is paid for, the website is yours: code, design, words and media. Cancel the care plan and we hand over everything so you can host it anywhere.
Your domain stays registered in your name. We connect it, or register one for you and hand over the login.
Third-party software, fonts, platforms and services keep their own licences. Where a licence is in your name, it stays yours; where we hold one on your behalf, we transfer it or tell you how to replace it when you leave.
Care plans
Managed hosting on a global edge network, SSL, DDoS protection, uptime monitoring, security updates and daily backups.
A shared channel with the people who built your site, answered within one business day.
Care plans run month to month from launch with 30 days notice. There is no minimum term. Stop the care plan and the site is still yours - we hand over the full codebase and media.
Payment
Build fees are paid half at booking and half at launch (or in three equal instalments). Care plans are billed monthly from launch. Card, bank transfer and USDC accepted.
Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are. Prices are published on our pricing page in US dollars and are the same for every firm.
Your content and claims
You supply your prices, rules, company details and terms, and you confirm every number before launch. We write copy from what you give us and flag claims that need evidence, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of your offer and your compliance with the laws that apply to your firm.
We will not publish fabricated reviews, payout proof we cannot verify, income or profit promises, or wording that presents a simulated evaluation as an investment, deposit or managed account. We will not copy another firm’s site.
Our compliance-aware copy and checks are not legal advice. Your own lawyer should review your terms and disclosures.
What we do not promise
We don’t guarantee rankings, traffic, calls, sales, conversions, or approval by Google, Meta, payment providers or ad platforms. We do the work those outcomes depend on, and we tell you plainly what we can and cannot control.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Otherwise, our total liability under a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any rights your local law gives you. Questions about these terms: hello@pipvalley.com.
