What it means
In a prop firm, the CRM is the operational center. It records each purchase, provisions the trading account on the platform, tracks account status from the risk engine, handles KYC and payout requests, and pays affiliate commissions.
Prop firm CRMs are usually bought from a specialist vendor or bundled with a white-label package. Key evaluation points are platform integrations, payment processor support, webhook and API access, data export, and how certificates and emails are generated.
The CRM is also the source of truth for any numbers published on the website, such as payout totals or trader counts.
